hey Natetex, I did go to the NV SOS to check out MLCG. One thing that is different than DOMK (the other stinky pinky) is that MLCG is ACTIVE..unlike DOMK (it's in Default) but the other thing that they did that is similar is issuing a bunch of stock. Amazing that from 2009 until 2014 all was quite with the stock and then BOOM lots of stock issued --runs up to 3 Bil - stunning. Another similarity.

Looks like the R/S was planned doesn't it.

It will be interesting to see if MLCG stays current in Sept. when all the filings and fees are due.
