Do you (or anyone else) know if troponin levels are usually measured in clinical trials , paricularly cancer trials?

The reason I ask is that it seems to me that in certain types of trials it might be reasonable to expect , and tolerate , transient elevations in troponin or other markers of organ tissue damage. For example , the anti-CTLA4 mab treatments have been found to be most effective when there is evidence of autoimmune-type side effects , as I'm sure you know. I would expect other cancer immunotherapies might be similar in this regard , and that a risk/benefit calculation might favor the treatment as long as the damage is transient and/or reversible.
