RRBrownOH, I've alluded to material costs with the mention of some of the retailers.

Anyone who denies inflation ought to go to Home Depot and tell them they would like to buy galvanized nails, copper pipe, PVC Pipe, and copper wiring at June 2005 prices. Same thing with fertilizer, carpet, yard equipment, live plants, light fixtures, etc.

While the metal material prices have been caught up in the "shiny bubble" (metal bubble), I believe it's going to correct about 1/2 to 2/3rds across the board, kind of canceling out much of the rise we've seen recently.
