All it changes is the percent owned.

It does? How do you know what number is wrong in the filing?
It says 9.99% but if you use the numbers they presented, it's off by 6.4 million. Or is it, maybe they own more or less shares and the percentage is correct. We don't know what number is wrong, but wrong is wrong.

Are they going to correct it is all I asked?
