You are talking about what Janice pointed out - but that doesn't change the number of shares that were converted.

All it changes is the percent owned.

Magna or Sason says he owns 9.9% of the common shares - which at 168 Million is about 1.7 Billion shares - but he has the O/S is 589 Million.

But it doesn't change the amount of shares that were converted!
