Interestingly enough , with respect to your comment about the SEC and Hainey , reading the BCSC report that was published in Dec 2014 , seems like both Hainey and Williams discussed SUGO with the SEC , not sure when, I do not remember seeing the SEC investigating SUGO ... Doubt either would volunteer talking if they didn't have to ...
