I hear ya...however, with CPI-W for the Nation up 3.7% year to year through April...., I just dont' see it. Maybe there's a lot of inflation where you live. I dont' see it here...I did see a lot of appreciation in home prices...I don't think that's inflationary....

I do see increase in gas prices...that causes a drag on the economy and isn't (in my opinion) inflationary...

I do think there's a good chance of a recession within a year or two...and I think that will affect us...
