I'm sure you're correct in all cases. May I ask what shares you hold exactly? Are hvel shares even legal to trade? The forward split hasn't been done yet as far as I know, so how can hvel shares be considered ntgl? In all of my scam stocks that f/s,r/s or changed name, the broker still showed the transfer out and in of the new issue. I don't see where there has been the new issue.
