I wonder if the SEC has caught John Briner up to more no good. This is exactly what he and Dalmy went down for. Stop orders will follow.

They're both Florida companies. I haven't read every word of the registration statements, but they seem to be very nearly identical. However, the attorneys named are different, and so are the two sole officer/director figureheads.

The Florida incorporation documents aren't helpful. So--if it isn't Briner--who's behind this, and how'd the SEC figure it out?
