The numbers I used is coming directly from the Zhongshan Prawn Project Information that was release by the company in September last year.

Are you the investor that the author is talking about it?

The total investment (excluding the land) will be RMB 11.50 billion (US$ 1.9 billion) for ten years.

That may be true, if you add inventory, working capital etc. But I already accounted for that. Because they have to pay book value, which is higher than development cost.

But SIAF will acquire a stake long before then, which means they generate income from the farm, on top of income from consultancy, and on top of income generated from CA resale. I didn't even mention wholesale or export.

SIAF only needs roughly $75M (assuming the other $75M will come from consultancy income). Then we are home free.
