The total investment (excluding the land) will be RMB 11.50 billion (US$ 1.9 billion) for ten years.
I make no predictions on capex details and you are likely to make a better estimate than me on that. My view is that Solomon will keep on expanding the business faster than what the profit of the company allows for, just like in the past. This will then require loans from banks (as seen) and the reason for spinning of subsidiaries is likely not only to keep a narrow focus, also to fund future expansion.
