OFF BALANCE SHEET

JPM's 10-K R-203 money is sitting somewhere since the end of last year, 2014!! Five months ago.


Why would it be OFF BALANCE SHEET for JPM?

The R-203 are the same assets as the PtC of 510(b) for the over-funded claims that TMF is party to with WMI/WMILT.

JPM is just a 'Bridge Bank' for these WMI/WMILT assets for the FDIC.

!! Think about it !!
