Nonsense. The oil wells and leases are all on record. Everyone knows that the name of an operator of an oil well that is listed on a county or state website is often not the owner. even if there is an ownership, if that is not the majority ownership, that too could have another name. Drillers often place there names as operators. Yet they may own little to none of the well.

When the audit comes out I am sure that there will be those that don't like the auditor. so be it. that audit ios also inclusive of 2014 numbers and extensive reserve reports.

JV deals that raise five million dollars are p[retty good for any pink sheet company. No wonder they are finishing an audit.
