Huge transparency at BAYP with audit coming soon too. This is a new company here with around 60 million shares in float. Tiny dilution by old note is good if it brought in many new shareholders at Very cheap prices too. No dilution by company, great new deals, leases, oil wells, JVprojects, new money, shows, events and news releases happening. Stock was round .01 a short while ago and .01 now. I saw this at .004 for a while before the stock stabilized here.
