4 billion O/S? LOL It's officially 4.9 as the last annual financial in March and in reality most know it's now 6 billion or more. LOL TA is gagged and the April quarterly is way late and past all deadlines. MHYS remains a POS as does its CEO, who is clueless in running a public company. Just check his track record with shares, a reverse split, price and shareholder value. :(
