I think you're overlooking my concern. The SoS (Secretary of State) filing status = Forfeited Existence.

The positive explanation is THCZ spun off a distribution company based on its Rocky Mountain High brand's success. For a company in its infancy I think we'd all agree that would be a catalyst and reported, and recorded, as such. Worst case scenario, they're buying interest with falsified, or at best misleading, information. Im open to being proven wrong as many mentions of anything less than stellar news here fail to include the DD or findings supportive of such claims.
I just can't figure out how they'd sign a distribution deal with an organization currently not registered with the State of Texas. The fluff in the news release that caused me suspicion was how 'great a potential target market in Austin' is. Theres little about the deal, or distributor, itself. Wouldnt RMH Distribution be registered in Texas? Like.. am I missing something?
