Good point - it's easy to scare people at this important
juncture.
In a fair world, the ALJ should agree with the CAFC and the
ITC Staff attorney. But, as we know, the world isn't always
fair. With that being said, I'm not doing anything different
today - just holding my important shares for the long haul
because I invest in things that should happen based on facts,
the law and fairness. That's because the USA isn't a third
world country and fairness typically prevails over the long
haul. Not necessarily with an administrative agency, but
the federal judiciary is pretty good - too bad they take
so much time!
