furthermore, if Bill actually did submit an application to Lakeshore for a permit to build a facility specifically for the purpose of growing medical marijuana, he would have produced proof of it.

He didn't.

The mayor, Tom Bain, said over and over again then Lakeshore never got such an application. They only received applications to build a pole barn for agricultural purposes and a security fence.
