I am not disputing the fact a second building was constructed and a vault of some kind was placed into the first building, but beyond that, there is no build out of pods and so on. The growing pods were not present during the July 31 pre-inspection (the inspector notes referenced this absence and they were mock up pods only). In September, again, the town building superintendent was quoted as the buildings being empty shells, non-operational and besides, no permits were issued by the town for such installations and they would be required, and in November at the open house company reps used a picture which they said would be similar when it was built. So in May Bill said it was complete, in November company reps said it was not built. You decide - Bill saying it was/is or the town superintendent/health canada inspectors/company reps saying it was not built. Or is Bill again being misquoted without him correcting the published errors?
