I am not sure why you all are mentioning patents. Patents may be involved and I have searched and focused on certain patents that may relate to Cirque via Heat Transfer International(who was assigned patents by the inventor Robert Graham). So, the main search is via Robert Graham.

They have only mentioned the word "Proprietary". That has an entirely different meaning and can also be considered generic in meaning. It is owned by the company and some of it may not be protected.
