The markets dislike uncertainty. The current problem is that NDOL senior staff are setting deadlines and then missing them badly. Hardly credible. And no way to run a company.
If you don't know when the 8-K is going to be out then that's what you should say, or say nothing at all. You don't daily announce that it'll be "tomorrow".
JMO. But I am wholly under-whelmed with this management team so far.
