6. Finklestein Capital the Pres is on our BOD, company is now merged with Midland Barring

7. India Oil- just PRd yesterday and would definitely have legal issues if the merger were not straight up

8. Monimpex Intl makes its living off such deals Makarov Pres old Pres of NDOL before Malyshev took over from North West the other day, according to the PR

9. Rosneft IPO in July millions at stake and Rosneft is associated with NOrthwest so tarred by the same brush
