Dear All,

I received an offer for 3,000 shares of fortress financial group inc that I own - bought as Great West Gold Inc which was acquired by Fortress thus the share transfer. I bought the Great West Gold Inc stock from a boiler room years ago and the value fell to nothing. I've been approached supposedly by a Nick Hammond of Nakamura Corporation working supposedly out of Japan........Feeling this is another re hash of the boiler room scam...Does anyone else who owns Fortress shares recognise these Nakamura guys or have you been approached or successfuy paid out by them... suspect not but would be useful to know details of the offer are as follows

B) Payment. The Net Sale Proceeds shall be paid as follows: I. Telegraphic Transfer in Dollars to be delivered to the Seller upon the
execution of this Agreement, or II. Bank Draft, initiated to the bank instructions provided by the Seller.
C) DESCRIPTION OF SECURITIES:
Registered Share Name: Fortress Financial Group Inc
Number of Registered Shares: 3,000
Offered Value per Share: USD $38.68
Gross Sale Proceeds: USD $116,040.00
D) SECURITIES PURCHASE AGREEMENT SUMMARY:
Recertification Deposit – Amount per Share: USD $2.59
Recertification Deposit Due: USD $7,770.00
Gross Sale Proceeds: USD $116,040.00
Deductible Commission Fee (1.5%): (USD $1,740.60)
Refundable Recertification Deposit: USD $7,770.00
Net Sale Proceeds: USD $122,069.40

The Nakamura guy says they are trying to acquire old fortress assets on the cheap. I've no intention of taking up the offer would just like to confirm it is a scam? Thanks in advance for any help offered. Ollie
