I didn't know how you acquired your money, but good for you. I

wish I had known about buying HUD foreclosures years ago. You

can sure get a heck of a deal if you are patient. I am going

today to bid on a 2 bedroom 1 bath on a nice lot with a nice

deck and hot tub. I am going to try to buy it for a whopping

$19,000. I can have it fixed up and rent it for $750.0 a month.

If I get it and spend $7,000 fixing it up it pays for itself

on 3 years.


I am happier than I have ever been and its a damn shame to be my

age before you find someone who you want to do everything for

and she appreciates it and loves me. I intend to leave my son

and her both where they can live comfortable and buy more

property after I am gone. I feel richer now than when I was

worth many millions. You just can't beat happiness.
