NBRI engaged toxic financing. No false conclusions as to what that decision did for NBRI and it's loyal shareholders. Dilution is all the fact that matters at this point. Lot's of debt, no way to pay it back! Simple as that, for sure. Why babble about anything else? Nothing else matters now, but GL!!!!
