The difference is that they need our patents but we do not need their patents. Those companies trade use of patents with each other and usually don't pay for use, then cry when they have to pay for a core patent. I support Merrits position and that of Qualcomm. That way if you want to use our revolutionary patents you will pay or be left behind.
