Supposedly VOIS TA is NOT Gagged, all one needs to do is contact the company and be added to the list, then receive updates on an as requested basis? Why hasn't THIS BEEN DONE and the information shared as is done with a plethora of other OTC companies?

Is that all there is to it? Since it is so important to you, WHY HAVEN't YOU DONE IT? You only have 11 weeks left before the launch of SYNAPSE, so you better get on it. I mean if you can take time out from the important work you do here -- hour after hour, day after day, week after week, month after month. year after year defining yourself as... this.
