ALSTOM, through its Transmission & Distribution sector, has just signed a Memorandum of Understanding with BG Technology, the independent research and development arm of BG (British Gas) plc. The focus of the agreement is to help commercialise Polymer Fuel Cell* (PEM) technology in stationary power generation systems, within the UK and some of the 18 other countries where BG has established a major presence.
