Those contracts with 3rd world countries can take time, just like K@LO, which has one 200 million supply contract and a 600 million contract in the wings. It has floundered at eight cents a share for awhile from its hight of .46 post announcement of the 1st contract. Now, it sits at .08. Communication is the key. In the former case, Ebola hit West Africa and disrupted plans, yet shareholders were left in a lurch. We could only surmise at the delay, but penny traders are impatient and leave easily.
If EOGH communicates with shareholders regularly, then I see no reason why this ticket will not hit .01 per share before check is in hand.
