Again, your post simply does not answer a simple question as to whether the 3 new Café Serendipity franchisees actual have their brick and mortar facilities open for retail sale right now. So, my interpretation of your non-answer is - NO, there are no brick and mortar facilities currently open for retail sales.
In addition, rebranding of and existing marijuana dispensary such as Golden State Big Bear, Inc has almost nothing to do with the franchising of Café Serendipity stores - other than receiving a small percentage of sales after what amounts to consulting/rebranding. A very piddly amount is likely to result from that as I would imagine that Golden State Big Bear, Inc. probably is profitable w/o Café Serendipity's help.
