HENDERSON, NV--(Marketwired - Feb 5, 2015) - Café Serendipity Holdings, Inc. (OTC PINK: FOFU) (the "Company"), fka Force Fuels, Inc., a brand builder focused on the build-out of a national brand in recreational, medical and growers marijuana industry, is pleased to announce that it has closed its third agreement for the rebranding of a medical marijuana dispensary in Big Bear, California with Golden State Big Bear, Inc. Under the terms of the licensing agreement, Café Serendipity is to receive a percentage of the sales in the branded, licensed stores.

Café Serendipity continues to focus on rebranding existing stores with our branded formula that should prove to have an immediate impact with this store and resonate with its customers. The company will continue to add additional licensees over the next few quarters in California, Nevada, Colorado, and Oregon.

They are both rebranding existing stores and selling to new prospective store owners. The three current licensees plus the new grow op are existing stores and operations.
