i think that will show to be a good move brikk. I'm loaded up on it also. I bought it prepared to wait as long as it takes for the merger to happen. I wouldn't be concerned with eroding property values at all. If Platinum Properties in total, or even just a part of Weiker's business is moved into Zann Corp, as is the stated intention, then this will take off big. There's only 33 mil shares. I assume you've looked over the SEC filings and the Platinum website, etc.
The former rivet tool company, along with its biotech patents, means nothing. All the transfer of new personnel is complete. The former owner, Simpson, sold the shell to Weiker.ZNNC was a shell doing no business and closed out all its operations when Weiker took it over and put his people in place.
Now all we have to do is wait, and see what he plans on doing with it. It's only been a couple months. Don't forget about the Cornell Capital investment. It's encouraging to see that they are being compensated with shares not a loan, so they were willing to take up to a 5 million $ stake in ZNNC over a 2-year period, whenever Weiker wants to borrow funds.
I'm kind of hoping that by July, when the next 10Q is due, the intentions will be clarified. Noting Weiker and his people's ability for effective PR based on his resume and the Platinum website, we have reason to believe the word will get out, and eventually when the news is out, you and I among a few others will be the only ones ready to profit from the outside on this explosive opportunity. I will attempt to contact the company if nothing happens by end of July. If you want to try and talk to them sooner, feel free. They seem to like it quiet now so I'm giving them space.
