i have to say this business model of zann corp's is quite counterintuitive. right now some of my best positions in my portfolio are shorts on homebuilders. real estate values are plummeting in many parts of the country, homes are staying on the market longer and longer... and this is just the beginning of what many think will be a protracted downturn in housing.
that said, does ZNNC have a plan to exploit this phenomenon of decreasing values? if they are cash rich do they plan to acquire foreclosures on land and develop them in time for the next real estate boom? this is just my conjecture, but i'm trying to understand how a fairly successful rivetting company decided to drop it all and put their eggs in what, by nearly every economist's admission, is going to be a very weak sector for the foreseeable future -- real estate.
any thoughts from the posters on this board? ronnied, a few weeks ago you thought this was ready to go through the roof, and i bought a bit on your recommendation - back then the rumor was biotechnology patents. luckily i didn't take a huge position but would like to know where this may be going.
tia.
