Good news + declining price = constant, never-ending dilution

That's the formula that Dr. Agnes uses for HBRM:

release a bit of "good news" dump another 20- 50 million shares into the float, and repeat until the A/S is completely outstanding.

Then, do an R/S.

And despite what many here claim, the CEO has not "promised no R/S"

She has simply stated "we have no current plan" to do an R/S-- big difference.

As long as the dilution continues, the price will continue to fall. Just look at the chart for the last year, for confirmation.

Lots of good news over the last year, nothing stopped the decline in the share price. Down over 99%.
