Matthew has been trying to sell this product since summer 2014. Last 10Q shows only $9K in revenues.

If you can only sell 2 at 50% off in 4 months what makes you think they will sell any more at full price?

Look at their website rankings. It's not a popular website. Average user sees 2 pages. You need to see more than 2 pages to make a purchase. So again, that indicates little web sales.
