i don't have your email. You can email me at rd1485@cox.net. I am not arguing the point that every share is affected the same way. What I am saying is that it is still best if they did a swap. It appears cosmetic mathematically, but in reality the stock would have more upside if they did the swap. You can argue that the trading would be the same if the float is maintained, which will be the case, but ultimately our shares would be better served if it was indeed to be a swap. Northwest could move into us and get the same percentage. It just makes a meaner beast that way.
