I just demonstrated to you, using real-life math, how the swap scenario plays out in terms of your $. My scenario laid out what happens if they move into your existin share count to the tune of 59%. Re-read it if necessary. Your amount of $ is the same regardless.

The only way it wouldn't come out on par if only everyone BUT you were forced to give shares to them. If they swap in by 59%, EVERY SINGLE SHARE OUTSTANDING IS AFFECTED. You are a partial owner of NDOL just as much as the holders of the 180m are.
