Ronnie, I don't see a way around issuing those new shares. And if you followed our debate earlier, that isn't a bad thing. There's two ways to give that 59% to incoming shareholders: 1. Issue the new shares to 570m total outstanding 2. Do a reverse split to the existing shareholders and issue share to new shareholders in the pro-rata percentage of ownership Both are mathematical equivalents in terms of how much value you should hold. But psychologically, reverse splits are just not as sexy. Who wants to see less shares in their account?
