Hawke, judging by the stock price decline after the pump dump..and also the history of this company outright failing.. I'm almost positive this won't go through. and the CEO will just forget it even was released. BTW. the merger deal will cost them 120,000 if they don't complete. 3% of 4 mil.. I was wrong about the 300k
