Clinton even admitted that he was wrong to have listened to the advise on regulating derivative trading. He essentially didn't know what he was doing at the time( but Robert Rubin and Larry Summers surely did!)

I did not say that Clinton most responsible for the financial crisis. I would hope you have seen that in my earlier comments.
