I see nothing wrong with Management taking control ownership with Restricted 12 month shares. At any moment they can cancel them and return to treasury. At least they will not be dumped anytime soon. That leaves the O/S basically at 800 million with over 500 already in the float.
This stock can fly with some nice licensing revenue and expansion.
