"As a result of the transaction, the Company issued an aggregate of 1,000,000,000 restricted common shares of the Company to key Executives and Officers of the Company, and to GD Multimedia, LLC, a California company owned by certain key members of the Company's management, including Mr. Dong Chung, Chairman of the Company's board of directors and chief executive officer. After completion of the share issuance, the GDET management team became the Company's largest shareholder as a group, with a combined stake of approximately 60%. The shares issued to GDET management are subject to a 12-month lock-up period.
