Mickey, I was curious where you got that information from. No big deal. Usually you state something like your sources said or you heard.

Your pretty good with numbers but those 3 patent numbers you provided don't even match the 2 patent numbers at issue with the JPO. I'm sure you wouldn't want me to say nothing about something I know is wrong.

My bell rang when you posted 3 because I know only 2 are involved.

I will ask in the AM about the patents but like I said in a previous post I doubt it because IMO settling a legal dispute should trigger a news release as it has done in the past.
