This has in the past or present been true,but IF Neah can overcome the hurdle on Feb. 28 w/o a reason for delay,it will be a Milestone to benefit all SH.The timely April 2015 delivery of the Fuel Cell ect. would be an even greater Milestone for all SH w/proof in sp rising significantly. IMO GL
