The management is new. the shell was recently purchased. The new management is not ripping off anybody . No pump no dump. What is a rip off though, are people stating the sec filing are bogus without proof to back up the claim. Or that Mira Mar is involved here when they are obviously not. Or that this PTSH is a pump and dump. Check out the volume history- no dumping going on:
