Fair point. But you did say that you wanted out. But you're right you shouldn't sell down. No reason to with catalyst still ahead of us.
You should trust her, she is making sure the trials passes the finish line. But, you should realize that she may always need to provide us the best case scenario on the timeline, and then slowly clue us in that it may take longer than we expect. There really is no other way to get there between times of no real news without continuing to keep the investment community interested without the lure of some catalyst. Could you view it as fudging the timeline? Sure. But what she is doing is in actuality in our best interest. Where like investment kids in the back seat of the car, asking "are we there yet?". And her reply always will need to be evasive each time we ask, "almost", "just a little more to go", "we're getting close", "we'll be there soon', "stay tuned", until she can definitively give us the exact time we'll be there, and say, "February", "March", etc. The trials take a long time. The hospital exemption reimbursement negotiations take a long time. And if she told us last year, "Hey shareholders, guess what, HE revenue, well those aren't going to happen until mid-2015; and oh, Direct Ph III, yeah, well we don't see that happening until in Q2; and oh, Germany enrollment sites, sorry, you'll need to wait until early-2015", what do you think would have happened to the stock price? What do you think would have happened to the company between mile 10 and mile 17, when thier pending catalyst where still very far ahead? My view, is the company might have folded. No investors, no company. So, instead of thinking she's lying to us, see it for what it is, a quest to get to mile 26.2. She's never been lying to us, what she has said will happen, it's just that the road is a long one and there are many speed bumps and temporary roadblocks to finance and remove along the way. But be sure, things are closing in on the catalyst, but we still need to sit in the back seat and be patient, and let her drive, as we are not there quite yet. But she most certainly will come through on all her promises, to which you will start to see this month in February, so hang in there if you can, iclight, just a few more miles to go.
