I do have a interesting question to pose to this group..

We have been under one heckuva spam attack lately. They are normally getting deleted as fast as they post.

But, they don't get any punishment. Yet, people who post here, then make a few goofups, get suspended. That aint right.

So I want to propose to do something about it.

I consider the TOS a legal binding agreement. I wonder if I put in there "You agree, that if you spam, you will be charged a fee of $15 per spam post."

If we could somehow enforce that and land at least one case successful, I guarantee you we'd never have another spammer..

Or maybe we would encourage them, then whoever was the first to nail the spammer would get 50% of the profits!?

Thoughts? Any lawyers out there?
