One significant aspect of of this play that I have not seen mentioned on this discussion board. That is the fact that FNDM is delinquent in its corporate filings. Normally,, this would be a significant additional level of risk. However, ironically, in this case, =it may actually be a positive for common sharehodlers due to the particular set of circumstances here. just my opinion.
