I still think the next notification from the court docket is a dismissal of the case as it will be settled out of court. Fund may have to give up a few points of ownership to remove the 10% chance they will not win the judgement. Either way, its all about the negotiations at this point. At the end of the day shareholders will win, Its just a matter of how much...
