Th Note holder may also not be able to convert the debt for 30 days after the R/S as well which would leave the 10 day window with the post R/S.

Time will tell just wanted to post the last Note that MELY has because someone asked about it yesterday.

The good thing is that this Note is the LAST one that MELY has. There is no other convertible debt after this note.
